Kombucha has been around for a long time, and its rebirth into society is exciting. We will briefly look at the history of this bubbly beverage, and discuss some of the health benefits that can come from drinking it.
It took a cancer scare in the family for Rory and Tracy Bell (a couple of non-tea drinkers) to dive deep into the powerful health properties of the tea leaf. What they learned led them to create an entirely new category of tea – called Fresh-Leaf TEA.
